BEST Baked Chicken

This has become my new “go to” chicken to make.  It’s SO easy and it’s delicious!  Want to know the best thing about this chicken?  It’s even better the next day!

Here is what you will need:

  • 4-6 LARGE chicken breasts (depends how many you are feeding and if you want leftovers)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/8 TSP Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/8 Cup McCormicks Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/8 Cup Breadcrumbs (optional)

 

How To:

*Preheat oven to 350

*Drizzle a layer of olive oil in a 9×13 glass baking dish.

*Layer chicken on top of the oil, making sure to tightly pack them in the dish.

*Drizzle another layer of olive oil over the chicken.

In a bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper to your taste.  

*Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken evenly.

*Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes.

Note: The juice is the best part.  Make sure to smother the extra juice over the chicken when you’re ready to eat!  Enjoy 🙂
